Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it's typically handed off to our fulfillment partner within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, followed by a second email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

Can the billing address be different than the shipping address?
Yes — we can ship your order to your home, your workplace, or anywhere else you'd like.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most mainland US orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days of being placed. Weather, carrier volume, or other events outside our control can occasionally add a few extra days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get an email containing your tracking ID and a link so you can check its status whenever you'd like.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
